we were given a specific fit of tornado to bring to the op, and since we're all rich jerks we had an alliance jf bring up a load of them to our staging system in pure blind, and we headed towards volta's home system about 1900, ready for some fites. we dropped our fleet and joined wargod's, hopped on their ts, and headed off about 10 jumps down the rabbit hole.
something i'd like to emphasize that i didn't go over as much as i'd have liked to in the commentary is that the fleet we were fighting had something like 7-8 scimitars, and our tornados were simply out-alpha'ing the repping capability of these logis. there's a section where you can pretty clearly see that about 20 seconds into the first clip once the footage starts moving, where i've got a point on a scimitar and it goes from half shield to hull instantly, gets repped to 2/3 shield and then drops to 25% hull the next second. in spite of the fact that they had nearly half our fleet in logi alone, we went through them (even their more tanked and bigger ships) like a hot knife through butter.
also i'm still looking for more contributors! a couple people i've talked to have said they're interested but nobody's following through, and this'll get a lot more interesting real quick once more than just me start submitting
